Apple patent suit Puts Samsung Tablet Sales on Hold in Australia and it may continued to other countries soon.
Samsung, South Korea based company agreed to stop advertising and sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia until it wins court approval or resolves this issue.
Samsung came to this decision A day after apple files lawsuit against Samsung for using its patents including the "look and feel" and "touchscreen" technology of the iphone and iPad. Apple also seeking courts help in stopping Samsung from selling the tablet in other countries with out specifying names. Samsung has good market in US, UK and India and hence it may impact badly in these countries as well.
The dispute between Samsung and apple began in April when Apple sued Samsung in the U.S., claiming the Galaxy products completely imitated the designs and technologies used for its iPad and iPhone.
