Sony buys Sucker Punch who developed inFamous
Sony Computer Entertainment has announced that it acquired Sucker Punch Productions who developed the hit inFamous games.
Sucker Punch recently launched "inFamous 2" game for the PlayStation 3 and earlier inFamous and both the games grabbed really good market in the play games area and by which sony impressed and buy the company itself. financial terms of course not disclosed by Sony.
Sony Computer Entertainment has a history of buying successful online game production houses.
In March 2010, Sony bought Media Molecule who developed LittleBigPlanet games for the PS3 .
In 2007, Sony acquired Evolution Studios and Bigbig Studios the developers behind the MotorStorm and Pursuit Force games.
And In 2006, Zipper Interactive, the developers who created the SOCOM games.
